3. Products & Custom Decals

We make every effort to display the colours and designs of our decals as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen display will perfectly match the physical product.

  • Custom Orders: If you upload or submit a custom design, you warrant that you own the copyright or have explicit permission to use that imagery. We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that contains offensive, defamatory, or infringing material.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders across the UK and Worldwide.

  • Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier strikes.

  • Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds (UK Consumer Rights)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have specific rights regarding returns:

Standard (Non-Custom) Decals

  • You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Custom or Made-to-Order Decals

  • Important Note: In line with UK law, custom-made, personalized, or bespoke decals are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your decals arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days at [david@cavemandecals.co.uk] with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and decal designs—is the property of CaveMan Decals UK and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our designs or website without express written permission from us.
