Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Standard Orders: All standard orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 48 hours.

  • Bespoke Orders: Made-to-order and custom items require additional crafting time. Specific timelines for bespoke pieces will be communicated to you directly by our team.

  • Daily Courier Collections: Packages are collected by our couriers daily between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM. To ensure accuracy, all customer confirmation and tracking emails will be sent out immediately following the final daily collection.

Shipping & Lost Orders Disclaimer

We offer both standard and tracked shipping options to suit your needs. Please note the following terms regarding package delivery:

  • Orders Over £10: All orders with a subtotal of £10 or more are automatically upgraded to a tracked shipping service at no extra cost to you. These shipments are fully covered.

  • Orders Under £10: * If you manually select a Tracked Service at checkout, your package is fully monitored and protected.

    • If you choose a Standard (Untracked) Service, you accept full responsibility for the delivery of the order. > Important: CaveMan Decals UK cannot be held responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed orders if an untracked shipping method was chosen at checkout. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for lost items sent via untracked methods.

By completing your purchase, you agree to select a tracked service or assume the risk of choosing an untracked method for orders under £10.

Delivery Services & Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Arrives within 3 – 5 business days (Complimentary).

  • Express Delivery: Arrives within 1 – 3 business days, (£1.90)

  • Worldwide Flat-Rate Shipping: Arrives within 5 – 10 business days (£9.99, fully tracked).

  • Delivery Support

Delivery Assistance: If for any reason your order has not arrived after 7 working days, please contact our customer service team. We will immediately investigate the delay with our courier partners and resolve the matter for you swiftly.
